Biofuel Supply Curves for the Western United States

Project Description
Policy level biofuel supply curves will be developed for the Western United States in a project for the Western Governor’s Association. For our part of the project, we will use Network Analyst in GIS to calculate the delivered cost of biomass to bio-refineries located through the western region and the cost of delivering the product fuel to distribution terminals for blending. Bio-refineries will be ranked based on biofuel cost to the terminal to develop a supply curve for the region.
