STEPS Researcher Participating in Summer Research Program Sponsored by the US DOE
David McCollum, graduate student in Transportation Technology and Policy, has been selected to participate in the Summer 2007 Research Experience in Carbon Sequestration (RECS) program. This two week program is supported by U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Fossil Energy and the National Energy Technology Laboratory, and is hosted by Montana State University. It brings together a group of 35 young researchers for an intensive course on carbon sequestration technology, with lectures from international experts, and site visits.
